Am I getting too much rest after lifting weights?
I lift 3 days a week for 4 hours a day, Is 4 days too much rest after lofting weights? When I lift weights I work my biceps, triceps, front, middle and rear deltoids, chest, abs and my punching, I used to lift weights for 5 days a week for year for 3-4 hours a day , I know that's bad, my muscles never get sore cuz they're used to it after a year, but I don't want my muscles to get smaller after resting too much, and no I can't split my muscle groups into different days of the week, I don't have that kind of schedule, I also do judo sometimes on days I'm not lifting, want to be an mma fighter for a living, I don't always get 4 days of rest but I want to know if it's too much rest
