Vibration at 65-70 what is it ?

You more than likely have a front tire that had a shifted belt inside. This will make steering wheel shake like mad. It happened to me. I got new tires and good as new. Have tire shop check tires on balance machine. Sometimes it is visible to the eye like a bulge on tire.
