Im not at my ideal weight, im not skinny or fit, I do cardio all the time and I want to mix it up sometimes but other times I see there's really no point to it as it tends to bulk you up... is there a point in strength training (deltoids, triceps, pecks, quad and hamstrings) right now or should I wait till im up to my ideal weight? ( I know building muscles can cause me to gain weight )
