How do you stop rings from turning your fingers green? Is there a way?

I bought this really cute cubic zirconia ring. It turns my finger green, but its very fashionable and goes with all of my outfits. I dont want to not wear it so any pointers or helpful tidbits? No rude remarks please, obviously i already know my ring is a cheapy, but i love it anyways.
