Tattoo and getting a job...?

Im getting a tattoo that goes from the bottom of my deltoid(shoulder) to just above my elbow. With a t-shirt im thinking only a small portion will be visible and with a long sleeve obviously none of it will be visible. Could this affect my professional career or is it not a big problem?
