I'm a 140 lbs male, 6 pack can do up to 15 pull up in a row and 20 chin ups in a row. 60 pushups nonstop, but I can't seem to so a handstand. I just can't lift myself up off the ground cause I fall on my head. The weakest muscle I have are my deltoids if that has anything todo with it, I always hated the deltoid machines.
