How often do you lift weights and how muscular are you?

I used to lift 5 days a week 3-4 hours a day but I found out it was really bad, so now I usually split up my abs into an hour and my arms into another hour in the same day. I separate my biceps, triceps and rear middle and front deltoids into different days. How often do you lift weights and what are your results, just to get some comparisons, and I also use whey protein shakes, I guess my results are ok
