Is it ok for me to lift weights 6 times a week?

No, you need to give your muscles time to repair and grow, go 2 days and miss out 1, carry this pattern on and youll be good. Also your workout routine is not very good , try this for better muscle growth- day 1 - chest & tris. Day 2- back and bis. Day 4- legs. Day 5- shoulders. On the days off, you can do your abs
