I'm a 5ft girl weighing 110. I'm not super skinny nor overweight but I have massive deltoids for my body composition. I've tried to tone up and lose body fat. At one point i weighed 98 lbs just to get to my deltoids but it didnt work. I'm seriously considering lipo there, but if there are other ways i'd rather exhaust my options. i'm open to lipo though. any thoughts on what i can do?
