Rotator Cuff Injury?!?!?!?!?

For the past two weeks or so I have not been able to bench press without discomfort in my shoulder. When I lower the bar to my chest the pressure is on my front deltoid (Just above my chest). When I am finished my set, my shoulders are burning instead of my chest. Also the next morning after my chest doesn't feel like it got much of a workout. Is it my rotator cuff? What excersizes can I do to strengthen my rotator cuff tendons. Also will it improve my bench? Thanks!
