Where can i download inflate the panda?

all of my friends have a game called inflate the panda on theri android smart phones. i just got one today and wanted to download it. I searched the android store and it says the search returned no results. I asked my friends where they got it and they said it was on the android store. I have triple checked, and cant find it any where. how can i get it?!!
