Why does yahoo answers allow this?

we are always told to be sure our answers and questions follow the community guide lines. i do not see that there is any guide lines. so many times i have received a smart ****ed answer to something because the guy thought it was cute. 2000 or more comedians out of a job and dumb asses are trying to be funny!! It was "the arabs or the black guys or some other stupid remark made. if you dont want to answer, "DONT". dont ruin your self by showing your low self respect by disrespect for others. if you dont want the points for answering a bonifide question no one is forcing you. so please dont answer any questions i may ask unless u answer in a respectfull and intelligent manner. comedy is in another direction.
