What Is Those Packet / Toy Called That Inflates When Pressed And Then Pops?

The title says it all , is like in a square and then when you press it , it inflates then you need to throw it and then it pops after for like 10 seconds. It's kinda fun , but I forgotten what is it call. Can somebody tell me what it is . P.S. the 'toy' or packet is small. It is also similar to the balloon that pops out of the packet that is featured in Ian is bored episode 71.
