Is this a suitable workout regime?

I'm guessing core is chest or is it back ? First off, cut down to five days a week, resting is just as important as working out is ( talk about counter productive, it's living tissue, and your brain/mind needs the break too) and your body can only process so many nutrients at a time, doing more risks running the levels down, to where your not going to see any gains. Do two body parts per session, but just once a week, legs do seperately ( they are such large muscles, they require a good deal more, they need their own day), which means do bi's and tri's one day, back and shoulders the next, and chest and more bi's again ( bi's can take a little more then most muscle, because they are used to being worked) there are multiple vairieties you can do, but anything close to this will work fine for a beginner. Remember the real key, is keeping it enjoyable, training for the long road of health, be sensible, and patient, and it will come to you! And skip cardio, bodybuilding is more then enough.
