Trying to find a certain gay rights video?

I watched this incredible video a month ago but I cant find it now. It was a court case, i think it could have been in Illinois, having to do with religion against gay marriage. The man speaking at the end of the video made such a good point about how god could not be against homosexuality. His last remark went something like this, "If god hates gays why does he keep making them?" I would love to see this video again so if you know which I am talking about please post :)
