Workout: Body Building on your arms and shoulders. What equipment should I use?

I have been working on my arms, back and shoulders and quit during the break... However I am starting it up again, but I can't seem to find anything that will make my deltoids, triceps, biceps and pectoralis (PECS) improve... It's really getting irritating, but I just want a workout routine or to be told what equipment to use to see and feel a difference... Because I do weight lifting, push ups, chin ups, and all I am doing is muscle toning... It doesn't seem to get bigger, or better in any shape or form... It's really really annoying me now... :\ Thankyou so much if you can help me, x
