Am i over-training myself?

i am an 18 year old male who is currently training myself to join the Marine Corps and basically this is what i have been doing for the past month. i go to sleep at 9 pm and wake up 5 am. for about 45 min to an 1 1/2 hours after a warm up i work out my chest, biceps, triceps, abdomens, obliques, and anterior deltoids. i do this every morning on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. on tuesdays and thursdays i also do cardio. however, a recent concern for me has been comments that i am over-training myself and that if i dont reform my workout schedule i will actually lose mass and strength. do i have enough recovery time to build mass AND strength and endurance? i was told that i shouldn't have monday and tuesdays workout back to back
