I need some ideas for a half sleeve tattoo?

I'm 16 and I'm going to be getting a tattoo soon and I know what I want but I just don't know exactly how I want it. want Jesus on my deltoid area, and since I'm into music I want like a microphone with some designs around it and I'm not sure what to put on the inside and back of my arm I was thinking of putting a lion somewhere since I'm a Leo but I may save that for my other arm, and I was thinking of maybe some skulls or something and getting shading in between the spaces of each tattoo like Randy Orton so that it;s real detailed. I eventually want to get 2 full sleeves but right now I'm limited and I don't just want to get one full sleeve and leave the other arm blank because that'll look stupid.Also I was thinking of getting my mother's name scribbled in cursive on the back of my arm above my elbow and I was also thinking of some graffiti type ****. What should I do? Should I go to a shop and discuss it with the artist? also about how much would this run me and about how long would it take?
