Is it normal for my shoulders to go rock-hard and extremely uncomfortable to touch after getting vaccinations?

That's a question you should ask a doctor instead of asking a bunch of Yahoo!s like us. Sounds like what a doctor might call an "adverse reaction." I am not a doctor though, and I don't know how bad your symptoms really are. Tetanus shots usually leave most people feeling pretty sore. Some other vaccinations can do the same. You really should consult a doctor any time you have concerns about your health.
