Am I lifting weights too much?

I lift weights. 5 days a week for 4 hours. I workout every upper arm muscle, my chest and abs every day. Biceps, middle front and rear deltoids, chest and abs and triceps. I drink egg whites or a protein shake after. I do cardio the 2 days I'm not lifting and sometimes pushups ( at judo). I get a 20 hour rest between the time I lift and start again. I am 16years old, 5'4 and about 128 pounds. I am not anerexic, I have a good amount of fat. I lift 25, 16, and 11 pound weights. I lift tues.-Thursday and sat. And sun.I do judo on mon. And fri. Am I doing too much?
